Examining the Role of Motivation and Reward in Employees’ Job Performance through Mediating Effect of Job Satisfaction: An Empirical Evidence

چکیده

The current research uses the principles of reinforcement theory motivation and self-determination investigates how rewards impact on job performance employees. Motivation are examined from intrinsic extrinsic perspectives, while is measured task contextual aspects. mediating effect satisfaction has also been investigated between motivation, rewards, performance. Using five points Likert scale, researchers collected data managerial non-managerial staff working in manufacturing services firms. Non- probability convenience sampling technique was followed to collect 422 empirical responses. were analyzed using structural equation modeling technique. results indicated that reward affect employee positively significantly. However, dimensional analysis an insignificant Besides, findings substantiate relationship employees’ depends satisfaction. provides valuable insights senior management firms they can enhance their employees' by following different motivational approaches size
